On November 20th, 2020 Hilliard Law sponsored the Thanksgiving Luncheon for the Mother Teresa Men’s Transitional Home. The men’s transitional home opened in 2012 and has been serving and assisting local men to break the cycle of homelessness. This temporary housing program provides shelter, food, case management, and other supportive services to help these men to achieve their goal to become self-sufficient again. Hilliard Law wanted to do something positive and creative for Thanksgiving to help our local community, so they reached out to the Mother Teresa Men’s Transitional Home. When they learned no one was sponsoring the home’s Thanksgiving meal, Hilliard Law decided to step in to help this wonderful organization, and to try to spread some holiday cheer for these men especially during these hard times with the pandemic.
