Eric Lopez

Attorney

Eric Lopez is an attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including premises liability, worksite injuries, medical malpractice, car and trucking accidents, and wrongful death cases. He is particularly experienced in matters involving the commercial trucking industry, where he brings valuable firsthand insight gained from more than a decade of working with commercial trucking companies prior to entering the legal profession.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law. His background in the trucking industry allows him to offer clients and the firm a practical understanding of the complex regulations, operations, and safety issues often involved in commercial trucking litigation.

As a bilingual attorney, Eric works directly with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and accessibility throughout the legal process. He is known for empowering his clients by advocating strongly for their rights and guiding them through each stage of their case with dedication and a strategic approach aimed at achieving justice.

Born and raised in South Texas, Eric is a devoted husband and father of two boys. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys hunting and fishing across the lands and waters of South Texas. He also takes great pride in coaching Little League and values the time he spends with his family.
