THE HILLIARD BUILDING

A Historical Landmark of Our Community

The firm owns this landmark building, occupying all six floors of the historic structure. Situated just yards from McGee Beach on Corpus Christi Bay, the deeply-terraced architecture commands dramatic ocean views.

The legacy building was constructed in 1948, originally as Shoreline Terrace, a popular surfside hotel. In later years it was converted to office spaces. In 2015, then-tenants Bob and Catherine Hilliard bought the building, renamed it and began the progressive renovation that continues to improve and preserve the iconic structure.
