Stephanie Itkin

Stephanie is a dedicated attorney at Hilliard Law, specializing in mass torts and class actions. She is deeply committed to her clients and relentlessly pursues justice on their behalf.

Previously, Stephanie had a distinguished career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City, where she honed her litigation skills and developed a profound understanding of the legal system. She has also worked at a prominent civil law firm representing educational institutions and corporations, refining her ability to navigate complex legal issues with precision and strategic insight.

In addition to her legal practice, Stephanie is an adjunct professor at a local college, where she teaches mediation. She is also an active member of the legal and civic community and was appointed to the Clark County Law Library Board of Trustees. In this role, she helps oversee the library’s resources and ensures they are accessible to the public.

Stephanie was elected to the board of the Las Vegas Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, fostering strong relationships between the community, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and the Las Vegas City Marshals. Additionally, she was appointed to the City of Las Vegas Department of Public Safety Chief’s Advisory Board, where she provides valuable insight on community policing strategies and public safety initiatives.

Stephanie is admitted in the state of Nevada as an Emeritus Pro Bono Attorney. She is also admitted to practice law in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Coming from a long line of law enforcement professionals, she is proud to continue her family’s legacy of public service. She is a passionate advocate for animal rights and enjoys volunteering with both military and animal welfare organizations. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Stephanie enjoys traveling and is actively involved with the performing arts.
